This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office.
We are seeking a Manual Tester with a strong eye for detail and a passion for improving software quality. The role will focus primarily on manual testing across our platforms, ensuring new features, enhancements, and fixes are tested thoroughly before release.
This role will suit someone meticulous, methodical, and enthusiastic about catching issues early, while also contributing to continuous improvement across the QA function.
Working within our Event Technology Department, you will be supporting our Developers, Product Managers and wider Delivery Team to ensure the smooth delivery of our key events including Cannes Lions and Money 20/20.
This is a 12‑month FTC.
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and acceptance testing.
Document clear and reproducible bug reports, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA colleagues to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with quality.
Contribute to test plans, release notes, and QA documentation.
Provide feedback on UI/UX improvements to enhance usability and user experience.
Assist in ensuring compliance with performance, security, and accessibility standards.
Support the wider QA team with test coverage, metrics, and process improvements.
Proven experience as a Manual Tester / QA Analyst.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and defect life cycle.
Excellent attention to detail with a systematic approach to identifying and documenting issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and work to deadlines in an agile environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Knowledge of UI/UX testing and ability to provide feedback on user journeys.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and use of accessibility testing tools.
Basic API testing knowledge (e.g., Postman).
Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of products.
