  • Confidence reviewing automation code, spotting issues early, and promoting good test coding habits.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve an automation approach across product area (API, UI, contract, component and more).
  • Build, develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Integrate automation deeply into CI/CD pipelines, optimising parallel runs for deterministic, stable outputs.
  • Investigate flaky tests, identify root causes, and drive reliability standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex automation failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide meaningful reporting that highlights real risks, not just raw numbers.
  • Review automation code and mentor junior/mid-level automation engineers.
  • Create reusable components, utilities and libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability.
  • Work with developers, product managers and DevOps engineers to ensure fast, stable, trustworthy releases.
  • Support compliance and security alignment relevant to healthcare data systems (where applicable).

Location: London (100% Remote)
