As a QA Engineer you will be an integral part of our ServiceNow implementation squad, shaping the test plan ensuring a high level of quality in squad deliveries. The role of QA Engineer is a vital position, the successful candidate will have a pivotal role in system delivery with the chance to make a significant impact on the quality of our output. You will be responsible for testing in-house developments and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Creating, reviewing, and executing Test Plans and Scripts for functional testing; both manual and automated
  • Reviewing and analysing technical/functional specifications and user stories to drive out test scripts & steps
  • Working closely with Scrum Master, Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts to create & execute test plans
  • Managing risks and issues raised during test execution
  • Verifying that changes meet business needs by performing regular reviews with key stakeholders
We're looking for someone who
  • Has experience of test execution (manual or automated) and analysis of results
  • Is familiar with the full software development lifecycle including agile and waterfall methodology
  • Has working experience of test and defect management tools, ideally Jira, Zephyr or DevOps
  • Can report and manage defects and issues with development teams
  • Has experience testing ServiceNow ITSM, CSM
