Job summary

Bimeda in the United Kingdom (Wales) is seeking a QA/QMS Documentation Specialist to maintain site QA/QMS systems and oversee documentation control for finished products and packaging materials.

The role involves reviewing release documentation, assisting in SOPs, and drafting CoA/CoC in line with GMP/GDP requirements. A detail-oriented, self-driven candidate with strong MS Office skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated GMP/GDP or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Self-initiating / self-directed.
• Detail-oriented with thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site QMS systems and archives.
• Manage documentation control for all QMS processes.
• Review release docs and maintain MRP inventory status.
• Oversee finished product retains and annual inspections.
• Perform incoming QC checks for human pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in SOP development and document control issuing.
• Support packing, artwork, and specification files.
• Approve packaging line setup and pallet release checks.
• Draft CoA and in-house QC testing reports.
