We are currently recruiting for a QA Coordinator to join the technical team at a busy hatchery operation in Shobdon.
This is a hands on quality role, with approximately 70% of your time spent on the shop/production floor and 30% office based, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical quality assurance with data analysis and continuous improvement.
You will play an important role in monitoring and improving hatchery performance, with responsibility for egg quality, breeder flock fertility, incubation performance, chick quality and hygiene standards.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and highly attentive to detail, with the ability to work confidently in a fast paced operational environment.
Previous experience within a hatchery, food production, manufacturing or quality environment would be desirable.
