This role is hybrid with travel into the Uxbridge offices twice a week.

What You'll Do
  • Own and drive our test automation strategy across web, mobile, and APIs
  • Build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks that accelerate development

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of automation engineers
  • Use metrics and insights to measure impact and continuously improve
What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in test automation (Playwright, Appium, API, etc.)
  • Solid coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Go# or other similar frameworks.
  • Experience integrating automation into modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience leading and implementing performance test strategies
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience - you know how to bring the best out of people
  • A problem-solver with curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to make testing smarter, not just bigger
