Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a skilled QA Automation and DevSecOps Engineer in Stevenage to establish and maintain automated QA and integrate testing into secure CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, release management, and business teams to ensure high-quality software releases across enterprise applications.

The role requires familiarity with Amp_L tools, Eggplant automation, and artifact governance, with proximity to Stevenage for regular site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience building automated QA in DevSecOps pipelines.
• Proficiency with Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.
• Develop model-based, end-to-end, regression, and integration test suites.
• Execute cross-platform validation across web, desktop, and integrated systems.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics.
• Perform functional, API, integration, and system validation.
• Participate in test planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
