Job summary

Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, is seeking a QA Auditor based in Derby. The role focuses on checks, documentation and compliance to support operations and ensure product safety and quality.

You will inspect activities, verify records, and contribute to continuous improvement within a busy catering butcher environment. Working hours are evenings with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Experience in a similar QA role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operations team to ensure safety and quality of products through inspections and verification of records and processes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.

QA Assistant

Location: Derby

Working hours: 16.00 - 01.00, Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £28,412 per annum (depending on experience)
