Role: QA and Tender Administrator

Location: Stevenage

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced QA and Tender Administrator to join a well established client based in Stevenage.

Duties of a QA and Tender Administrator
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 13485:2016 standards.
  • Assist with day-to-day quality assurance activities for products, including document control, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support internal audit preparation, follow-up actions, and the management of customer complaints or adverse incident reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
  • Assist in identifying and tracking tender opportunities within the dental equipment sector.
  • Help prepare, compile, and submit tender documentation, gathering information from relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update a database of current and past tenders, ensuring submission deadlines are met.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of standardised tender templates and responses.
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approval processes to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
What we would like from you
  • Previous experience within quality-related field or tender processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of ISO 13485:2016.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and public sector procurement processes in the UK.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
