Описание: Aristocrat develops gaming and technology solutions that deliver digital entertainment experiences and support enterprise automation initiatives.

Задачи:

• Develop the complete lifecycle of automation solutions from intake through development, debugging, testing, production deployment, and documentation
• Review automated solutions with the team leader to ensure objectives and guidelines are met
• Build sustainability documentation for automated processes and review documentation created by other team members
• Contribute to team training and professional development activities
• Run and maintain more than 500 existing automation processes
• Lead recurring meetings with business collaborators on automation opportunities, process improvement, and Automation Governance
• Research and develop code to improve the performance and sustainability of existing automations
• Support strategic and tactical implementation of solutions for organizational automation objectives
• Direct the creation of Python-based and Agentic AI tools for repetitive tasks such as combining data sources, producing reports, and system reconciliation
• Conduct detailed reviews of team members’ automation code and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in Python, automation frameworks, and problem-solving techniques
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize existing automations
• Research and incorporate new Python libraries and AI tools
• Support proof-of-concept development for evaluating AI tools and automation frameworks
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 3+ Years of experience in Python development, or a relevant MS degree with 0–2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field
• Experience with a wide range of data sources, including multiple ERP systems and legacy environments
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
