Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Python Developer to build, enhance and support internal tools, automations and AI-driven solutions in London (Hybrid). You’ll work with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical applications while staying hands-on.

The role offers exposure to AI technologies, ownership of projects, and opportunities to influence how AI and automation are adopted across the business. You’ll contribute to developing integrations and improving internal processes.

Python Developer - AI & Automation - London (Hybrid) - Up to £50,000

We're working with a growing technology-led consultancy that is investing heavily in AI, automation and internally developed applications.

As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Python Developer to help build, enhance and support a growing portfolio of internal tools, automations and AI-driven solutions. This role would suit someone who enjoys building practical solutions, automating processes and solving real-world business problems. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping turn ideas into applications and tools that improve efficiency, productivity and user experience.

You’ll remain hands‑on technically while gaining exposure to AI technologies, application ownership and solution design within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Nice to Have

• JavaScript experience.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse or Entra ID.
