Base Pay Range
£60 000 – £80 000 per year (salary depends on experience).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implementing robust and scalable solutions in Python.
- Developing, using and designing REST APIs to efficiently deliver application components.
- Implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Ensuring code quality by writing comprehensive tests and participating in code reviews.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of professional Python coding experience.
- Ability to learn and apply new technology quickly.
- Effective communication of complex technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Django and the Django Rest Framework.
- Degree in Computer Science (or similar) at 2:1 or above.
- Amazon Web Services expertise.
- SQL / PostgreSQL.
- Build pipeline and CI with GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform.

Interview Process
- Introductory Call – short Teams conversation with a Talent Partner.
- Hiring Manager Interview – 30–45 minute Teams meeting.
- Technical Task or Presentation – role‑relevant exercise.
- Final On‑site Interview – in‑person meeting with senior leadership and co‑founders.
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
