Вы будете переводить сложные бизнес-задачи в технические архитектуры, выбирать инструменты и работать в тесной связке с Product, Design и Sales, наставлять молодых разработчиков и участвовать в ревью кода.

Qualifications

• Экспертные навыки Python и опыт доведения сервисов до продакшна.
• Опыт работы с FastAPI, Django и AWS.
• Глубокое понимание БД, ОО-дизайна, структур данных, распределённых систем и SOLID.
• Аналитичность, коммуникабельность и ясное общение.
• Умение давать и принимать обратную связь, коммуникабельность.

Responsibilities

• Проектировать и строить масштабируемые бэкенд-сервисы.
• Переводить бизнес-потребности в надёжный технический дизайн и архитектуру.
• Выбирать инструменты и предлагать новые решения.
• Сотрудничать с Product, Design и Sales, делиться идеями через код и Code Review, парное программирование.
• Обеспечивать техническое лидерство и наставлять развивающихся инженеров.

• Design and build scalable, maintainable backend services
• Translate complex business needs into robust technical designs and architecture
• Choose suitable tools and recommend new ones
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales, sharing ideas through code and design reviews and pair programming
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developing engineers

Требования

• Expert Python skills and experience delivering production services end to end
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, and AWS
• Solid understanding of databases, object-oriented design, data structures, distributed systems, and SOLID principles
• Analytical, collaborative, and clear communicator
• Engaging and personable, comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback
