Are you passionate about renewable energy and customer service? We are seeking a PV Technical & Installation Support Representative to join a fast‑growing business on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in roof‑integrated solar panels, supporting customers across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Delivering technical support and product training (on‑site, at head office, and remotely)
  • Visiting construction sites across the UK and Europe to assist with installations and quality checks
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues, from minor faults to complex challenges
  • Supporting product development by feeding back insights from the field
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer support metrics
  • Practical, hands‑on experience; comfortable working at roof height on construction sites
  • Knowledge of PV installation practices and electrical regulations (advantageous)
  • Experience commissioning PV systems, including inverters, batteries, and EV chargers (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, able to train installers and build rapport with customers
  • Organised, resourceful, and confident with a proactive approach
  • Computer literate, with a full clean driving licence
