A leading solar energy company in the UK is seeking a PV Engineer/Technician to perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar PV systems. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in utility-scale projects, possess a Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations, and have strong troubleshooting skills. This role requires a full UK driving license and offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per year, along with attractive benefits including bonus potential and private health cover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience on utility-scale solar PV O&M projects.
• Experience using industry-standard testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections on solar PV systems.
• Produce accurate site reports after each visit.
• Conduct job-specific risk assessments and ensure health & safety compliance.
