Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Purchasing Specialist to lead the BWPC procurement team, reporting to Senior Purchasing Specialists, Category Managers and the Senior Management Team. You will supervise Buyers and drive procurement initiatives across NHS Trusts in the Bristol region.
You will analyse spend data to support evidence-based contracting, manage key stakeholders, and promote procurement best practices while pursuing continuous improvement and value creation for patients
Purchasing Specialists form the core of the Procurement Team within Bristol & Weston Purchasing Consortium and report to Senior Purchasing Specialists, Category Managers and the Senior Management Team while supervising, guiding and advising Buyers.
