Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager or Senior Buyer to lead a small buying team while remaining hands-on with purchasing, stock control, forecasting, materials planning, supplier management and expediting.

The successful candidate will have proven experience placing large volumes of stock orders to strict deadlines and lead times, with strong ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of two Buyers.
• Place large-volume stock orders while meeting strict deadlines and lead times.
• Manage supplier relationships, quality and delivery.
• Oversee forecasting, materials planning, estimating and expediting.
• Manage fast-moving stock and buy-to-order purchases.
• Analyse purchasing and stock data.
• Use ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Contribute to regular management meetings.

Working Hours:

Immediate start. Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm

and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
