About the Role:

We’re seeking an organised and detail-focused Purchasing & Payments Administrator to join our Finance Team at Hartpury.

In this varied role, you will play an important part in ensuring that all financial transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and staff expenses, are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll help to keep our financial operations running smoothly by:

  • Supporting the timely and accurate processing of payments and purchase orders.
  • Maintaining supplier records and ensuring all data is compliant and up to date.
  • Managing and reconciling credit card accounts each month.
  • Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the Finance Team.
About You:
  • You have experience in finance, purchasing, or payments administration role and a good understanding of financial processes.
  • You take pride in your accuracy, organisation, and ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, building positive working relationships with both colleagues and external suppliers.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who takes initiative and approaches challenges with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
