Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Purchasing Manager in general administration duties.
  • Placing production purchase orders as determined by MRP.
  • Raising purchase requisitions for approval and converting to purchase orders.
  • Progress chasing purchase orders.
  • Updating sales orders for purchased items.
  • Monitoring order acknowledgements.
  • Administering the Product Returns Process.
  • Maintaining returns register.
  • Ensuring credit notes are received as required.

Our client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator. The role is offered as a 12-week position which may be extended.

Rate: from £13.34 ph

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Paid weekly, PAYE via React Recruitment Ltd

Location: New Hythe/Larkfield
