About The Role

As Purchasing Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Operations Director and the wider team. You’ll liaise with suppliers, manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and help maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and best pricing
  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock forecasting
  • Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Supporting procurement reporting and data analysis
  • Assisting with sourcing new suppliers and evaluating supplier performance

  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement support role
