✨ We’re Hiring: Purchaser– Willis Aviation Services Limited ✨

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations? We’re looking for a Purchaser to help ensure our Part-145 maintenance activities run smoothly by sourcing, purchasing, and managing all materials required across our operations.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain, responsible for keeping our maintenance teams equipped and our operations running efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating and processing internal requests for purchase orders
  • Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and tracking their fulfilment
  • Monitoring order status and chasing suppliers to meet operational deadlines
  • Working with Finance to ensure invoices are received and processed correctly
  • Arranging transport and expediting deliveries when needed
  • Handling queries, discrepancies, and any rejected materials
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Keeping data accurate and up to date within our planning & inventory system (Avsight)
  • Supporting the Planning & Records Supervisor with additional tasks as required
  • Promoting a strong safety culture through proactive reporting and continuous improvement
✔️ What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a purchasing role (aviation experience is a bonus)
  • Understanding of Part-145 and Part-M/CAMO requirements
  • Experience with production planning & inventory systems (e.g., Avsight, AMOS, OASES)
  • Knowledge of Human Factors principles
