Purchase Ledger Supervisor - Borehamwood

£35,000 OTE

Monday - Friday, no weekends. 37.5hr week. Flexible start/finish available

Theo are currently seeking to recruit a Motor Trade Purchase Manager to join our client based in North London.

Responsibilities

• Reporting into Management Accountant and overseeing the Accounts Payable Function
• Managing a team to process invoices, authorise and schedule payments, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Overseeing processing of invoices, credit notes and payment runs
• Point of contact with suppliers, resolving queries and supplying statements
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Have good number and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Experienced in a leadership role within finance or purchase ledger
• Experienced in the automotive industry
