RG Consultancy is recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a friendly team at Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge. The role centers on owning the purchase ledger and supporting day-to-day accounting tasks within a small finance function.

You will handle supplier payments, reconciliations, and month-end tasks, with scope to get involved in broader reporting and ad hoc finance duties. Flexible start/finish times and onsite parking support a good work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end purchase ledger.
• Experience with supplier reconciliations and payments.
• Ability to work across departments and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own the purchase ledger and processing of payments.
• Prepare supplier statement reconciliations.
• Liaise with suppliers and resolve queries.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Support the Finance Manager with month-end reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks.
