Square Peg Associates are currently recruiting for a part‑time purchase ledger clerk, to work over 4 or 5 days – approximately 5 hours a day (25 hours a week). The times are really flexible to work around your commitments.

Salary – negotiable circa £26–28k per annum (pro‑rate)

Location: Rawtenstall

Key Duties:
  • Processing of accounts payable invoices
  • Matching up with orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing and raising supplier payments
  • Ensuring that approved payments are made within agreed terms
  • Strong customer service, effective communication with suppliers
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Sage user

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will have a strong background in AP/purchase ledger. You will have experience and understanding of the full process and be adaptable to change.
