Job summary

SF Partners is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an established business based at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull. You will join a long-standing team, handling day-to-day purchase ledger tasks and supporting month-end processes. The role is office-based with on-site parking and an early finish on Fridays, starting immediately.

The ideal candidate will have experience in invoice matching, batching, coding, supplier reconciliations, and payments, with exposure to foreign currency payments.

Job description

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new permanent opportunity working for a well established business based at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, with a view to start immediately. You will be working as part of a long standing purchase ledger team and be responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function. Your duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, reconciling supplier statements, processing payments, resolving queries, processing employee expenses and assisting with month end. You will also be required to work with foreign currency payments and assist with bank reconciliations.
