Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Finance team in Mansfield. This is a busy, office-based role focused on supporting day-to-day Purchase Ledger activities and driving accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

You will manage supplier payment runs (BACS/CHAPS), perform reconciliations, and contribute to month-end processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance in AP.
• Experience with supplier payment runs (BACS and CHAPS).
• Understanding of reconciliations, queries and month-end processes.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proactive, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a large, fast-paced business in Mansfield to recruit an experienced Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Finance team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to take on a key role within an established finance function, supporting the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger operation and helping drive accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

The business has recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, so previous hands-on experience using this system within an Accounts Payable environment is essential.
