Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, fast-paced finance team? I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business that is looking to add a confident and detail-driven Purchase Ledger professional to their team.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing relationships with suppliers, and keeping financial operations running smoothly. You'll take ownership of the purchase ledger function, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing weekly/monthly payment runs
  • Managing supplier queries in a professional manner
  • Assisting with month-end duties and ad-hoc finance tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of accounting systems
