The Role

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Matching, checking and coding invoices against purchase orders where required.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies.
• Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Supporting payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
• Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records and keeping accounts up to date.
• Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.
