Job Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for the final approval of invoices, batch processing of some invoices, resolving queries and issuing payments for a number of regions within your own portfolio. Working closely with the Estates teams.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely approval of invoices and credit notes in the Dwellant system
  • Manage incoming invoices, emails and queries and assist with Dwellant admin
  • Responsible for the efficient and timely handling of supplier queries regarding payment of invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Processing weekly payment runs within the Qube system, ensuring remittances are issued to suppliers
  • Liaising with Estates Management teams to ensure invoices are approved for payment and any queries are resolved
  • Helping produce various reports in Qube and Dwellant to track invoice progress through the system
  • Assist with adhoc duties including mailbox management, further reporting, utilities processing/approvals

Please note: You will be provided with the relevant guidance and support to be successful in the role.

What We Ask From You
  • Be a strong team player
  • Have some previous Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to learn various systems
  • Well organised
