A client in Trafford Park is seeking a part-time Purchase Ledger Support Clerk. The position is a fixed-term contract for 6-9 months, requiring 20 hours per week. Candidates should have experience in an accounts department, strong organisational and IT skills, and be proactive. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, resolving supplier queries, and supporting the finance team. Working on Fridays is mandatory.
Based in Trafford Park, our client are looking for a part‑time Purchase Ledger Support Clerk.
The role is a fixed term contract for 6‑9 months working 20 hours per week.
Previous experience within an accounts department is essential. The preferred candidate would be a team player, have the ability to learn new systems, assist with day‑to‑day processing and accounts duties. They must be able to support the finance team where required. Excellent numeracy and communication skills are essential for this role along with the ability to work to deadlines.
This is not a full‑time position. Hours of work to be agreed but would like around 20 hours per week. Working Friday is a must.
