Job Title : Purchase Ledger Assistant

Location : Winnersh Triangle - 3 days a week. Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday

Salary : 14742 (FTE24570) per annum

Job Type : Part Time / 4-6-month temporary contract

The Role

The Purchase Ledger Assistant plays a key part in the smooth running of the financial operations of the four businesses that make up TIEVA. Working alongside the group finance controller and reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, being a strong communicator is key. Youll be part of a team responsible for all:

  • Procure-to-pay
  • Processing of PO invoices through Kefron and Netsuite
  • Chasing internally / externally for PODs / Signoffs
  • Managing and resolving supplier PO / invoice queries
  • Sales order approvals
  • PO adjustments
  • Rota on inbox monitoring
  • Ad hoc finance tasks

  • Keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of Netsuite System preferred
