Key Responsibilities
  • Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing and maintaining purchase ledger records
  • Assisting with payment runs and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams
  • General administrative duties to support the finance department
Requirements
  • Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
