City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Pupil Support Worker for Craigentinny Primary School to join the Enhanced Support Base (ESB) team. You will support learners with a range of additional support needs, helping them thrive academically and socially, across the school curriculum.

The role is part-time (27.5 hours per week) over 39 weeks per year, with hours 08:30-15:15 (Mon-Thu) and 08:30-12:00 (Fri). It requires PVG scheme membership and pre-employment checks; enthusiasm for inclusive

Formación

• Experience of working with individuals with additional support needs.
• Desirable: experience in a school/education setting.
• Flexible in approach to actively support learners across curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Support learners across the school curriculum in the ESB.
• Assist with academic and social development of pupils.
• Participate in assessments and contribute to planning where appropriate.
