Job summary

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Pupil Support Assistant at Stenhouse Primary for a fixed term until 29 June 2027. You will work to support pupils with learning and wellbeing needs, including those with Additional Support Needs, and help deliver differentiated activities.

Hours are 25 per week over 39 weeks, with shifts from 8:30 to 14:45 (Mon–Thu) and 8:30 to 11:45 on Friday. The role requires PVG scheme checks, and may involve an Overseas Criminal Record Check if required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with Additional Support Needs.
• Experience delivering differentiated learning activities.
• PVG scheme checks may be required.

Responsibilities
