  • An actual salary of £20,785, based on Single Status Grade 6.14 / £26,824 (fte).
  • Term time only paid for 46 weeks. Hours are 08:30 - 15:30, five days (32.5hrs) a week.
The Role
  • Safeguarding & Child Protection, to act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring policies & procedures are followed and liaising with relevant agencies
  • Family Support & Home‑School Engagement, act as a point of contact for advice for families and staff
  • Attendance & Behaviour Support, supporting Headteachers in monitoring pupil attendance, working with families and staff to develop support plans
  • Wellbeing & Mental Health Support, work with relevant teams internally and externally to provide support, plans and strategies.
  • Medical & Pastoral Support, liaise with the school nurse and medical professionals to support children with medical needs and provide support to families with accessing specialist medical support.
About You
  • Experience working with children and families in an educational or social care setting
  • Experience working in partnership with parents, children, and external agencies
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and emotional wellbeingl
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
  • Commitment to promoting inclusive practices and improving outcomes for all pupils.
