Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger environments.
• Strong understanding of credit control and debt collection procedures.
• Familiar with maintaining accurate customer records and working with ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor balances and aged debt.
• Chase overdue debts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Process invoices, credits, and statements; ensure records are accurate.
