Job summary

Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Punjabi language tutor to work with a private student in Swansea or nearby areas. This one-to-one, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and an hourly rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

The student is a beginner and aims to speak with family and partner, starting 2026-09-11. Ideal candidates will be native Punjabi speakers or hold a relevant teaching qualification, have prior language teaching or translation experience, and

Qualifications

• Be a native Punjabi speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter.
• Have a valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of Swansea.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one Punjabi lessons to a beginner learner.
• Adhere to flexible scheduling as requested by the Student.
• Maintain session notes and track progress.

Ideal Candidate
