Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Workshop Technician to dismantle, inspect and rebuild mechanical rotating equipment, primarily pumps. You will use inspection tooling and read engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.

Ideal candidates have time-served mechanical apprenticeships, SVQ level 3, and experience in heavy industry, with strong communication in English and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy industry/manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to measure and record dimensional data using inspection tools (vernier calipers, micrometers).
• Machining skills using manual lathes are desirable.
• Driven with a can-do attitude and strong internal collaboration.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, inspect, and re-build a range of mechanical rotating equipment types, mainly pumps.
• Inspect components and sub-assemblies using engineering inspection techniques and tooling.
• Enter inspection sizing data into strip and build reports.
