Pump Engineer (Field-Based) - to cover the area between Stoke-on-Trent and Coventry

What You Will Do

We are actively recruiting Multiskilled Fire Pump Engineers to join our dynamic fire suppression team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for servicing and installing fire pump equipment for a diverse range of clients, including those in the commercial, industrial, public sector, and blue-chip sectors. We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience working with diesel engines - regardless of industry background (e.g. automotive, agriculture, military, marine, or other sectors). You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to high-quality service, and a proactive approach to health and safety - ensuring we exceed customer expectations.

What We Look For
  • Essential: Hands-on experience working with diesel engines (any industry background)
  • Experience in fire pumps, electric motors, control panels, or similar systems is desirable but not required
  • A flexible, motivated approach with a strong focus on customer service
  • Well-presented, comfortable using phones and tablets, and takes pride in workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with diverse skill sets
