From affiliates and influencers to content publishers, brand ambassadors, and customer advocates, impact.com empowers brands to drive trusted, performance-based growth through authentic relationships. Its award-winning products—Performance (affiliate), Creator (influencer), and Advocate (customer referral)—unify every type of partner into one integrated platform. As consumers increasingly rely on recommendations from people and communities they trust, impact.com helps brands show up where it matters most. Today, over 5,000 global brands, including Walmart, Uber, Shopify, Lenovo, L’Oréal, and Fanatics, rely on impact.com to power more than 225,000 partnerships that deliver measurable business results.

As a Publisher Development Strategist (PDS), you will be the commercial engine responsible for driving significant revenue growth for impact.com through high-value, strategic publisher partnerships. You will act as a central liaison, connecting our platform's cutting‑edge publisher offerings with the strategic needs of top brands and agencies. This is a high‑impact, relationship‑focused role critical to unlocking new, innovative revenue streams and maximizing the value of our entire partnership ecosystem.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive Revenue Growth (GTV, TRE): Create and maximize revenue for the business by identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships that deliver measurable value.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and successfully establish new, innovative collaborations that maximize Partner Publisher Value (PPV) and expand opportunities for both brands and publishers.
  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop and maintain long‑term, high‑level relationships with brand, agency, and publisher decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as an Internal Expert: Act as the main point of contact and subject‑matter expert on publisher and partner types, continuously educating and supporting internal Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Proactively seek and manage new projects in collaboration with Product, Marketplace, and Strategy teams, focusing on technology partner integrations and resolving marketplace pain points (e.g., finance reporting, insights).
  • Support the Sales Cycle: Get involved early in the sales process to provide pitch support for AEs & BDRs, using publisher expertise to craft relevant, winning recommendations for prospects and enterprise brands.
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a commercial, partnership, or business development role, preferably within the ad‑tech, affiliate marketing, or publisher ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to create significant revenue and growth through strategic relationship management and data‑driven decisions (focus on GTV/TRE).
  • Strong understanding of publisher/partner business models and the ability to connect brand challenges with appropriate partnership solutions.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience successfully liaising between sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • A proactive, project‑oriented mindset, with the ability to identify, scope, and execute new business development opportunities independently.
Benefits and Perks:
