• Oversee and monitor the balance between Rokomari and the publishers.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the accounts.
• Ensure TDS is calculated and submitted correctly. Share TDS reports with publishers regularly.
• Collect and maintain accurate payment information from publishers.
• Follow up with publishers regarding pending payments.
• Use WhatsApp to provide necessary updates to publishers and receive their updates regularly.
• Visit the publisher's office if any account-related issues arise that need face-to-face resolution.
• Explain issues clearly and ensure resolution during visits.
• Help publishers understand their account and payment details.
• Take proactive steps to improve processes and prevent future issues.
