You ll bring teamwork, discipline, resilience and public service values to life through engaging lessons, fitness activities, teamwork challenges and real-world practical scenarios.

What you ll do:
  • Deliver inspiring, practical and theory-based sessions across all levels
  • Lead activities that build teamwork, communication, fitness and leadership skills
  • Use your service experience to create realistic scenarios and problem-solving tasks
  • Support learners preparing for uniformed service recruitment, assessments and interviews
  • Adapt teaching to support diverse abilities and learning styles
  • Give constructive feedback to help students develop confidence and professional behaviours
  • Contribute to trips, visits, employer engagement and enrichment opportunities
What we re looking for:
  • Strong knowledge of policing, military, emergency services or wider public service roles
  • A passion for supporting and inspiring the next generation
  • Confident communication, organisation and classroom presence
  • A relevant Public Services or related qualification
  • Teaching experience or willingness to work toward a teaching qualification
  • Reliability, resilience and a team-focused attitude
