Job summary

MidKent College is seeking an enthusiastic lecturer to coordinate the delivery of designated study programmes across its sites. You will provide high-quality teaching, manage day-to-day operations, support exam invigilation and registration as required, and ensure a consistent approach across campuses.

You should demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject area and a commitment to developing students’ English, Maths and employability skills.

Job description

Coordinate the delivery of designated study programmes across the College, including high-quality teaching, managing day-to-day operational matters, supporting exam invigilation and registration as required and ensuring a consistent approach across both sites where required. Inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning, encouraging them to stretch, challenge themselves, and achieve their full potential.

Lecturers should demonstrate a genuine passion for their subject area and a strong commitment to developing students’ English, Maths, and broader employability skills. Regular target setting and progress monitoring will underpin all activities, ensuring that every student is supported to achieve successful outcomes.

This role is 30 hours per week 52 weeks per year
