Qualifications

• Experience of procurement strategy, transformation or advisory projects, in public sector or consulting.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, supply chain or contract management.
• Substantial experience of identifying and delivering cashable savings from contracts in complex organisations.
• Knowledge of commissioning, procurement and contract management in the public sector or ability to learn quickly.
• Analytical skills with ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data, plus ability to train and coach others.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery to embed innovative changes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non‑expert audiences.
