Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and prototype-to-production skills
• Deep expertise in system design and cloud ML tools
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with executives

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of early client engagements
• Build working prototypes, AI agents, and evaluation pipelines
• Define technology and architecture for scalable solutions
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
• Travel to client sites as engagements require
• Contribute reusable patterns to Scale's platform
