Qualifications

• Previous Public Sector Finance experience.
• Previous procurement experience, ideally within a local authority or large public sector organisation.
• Experience developing change strategies, plans, and readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Process Owners.
• Create and manage a Change network to advocate new ways of working.
