Job summary

VanRath Search & Selection seeks a Band 4 Estates Contract Lead Administrator in Lisburn to support the Estates Contracts Manager with procurement and contract administration on a temporary basis.

The role covers filing, tender documentation, liaison with contractors, and keeping records updated in line with relevant standards. UK driving licence is required and experience at Band 3 or above is expected.

Qualifications

• Hold a HNC/D or equivalent/higher qualification in Administration/Business related subject.
• 1 year relevant post qualification experience working at Band 3 or equivalent level or above.
• Or NVQ3 or equivalent/higher qualification in Administration/Business related subject AND 2 years relevant post qualification experience working at Band 3* or equivalent level or above.
• 4 years relevant experience, 3 of which must be at Band 3* or equivalent level or above; driving licence valid for UK use and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain robust filing systems for contract documentation and procurement records.
• Liaise with external service contractors regarding service and maintenance contracts; manage notifications and queries.
• Prepare tender documentation and update schedules, specifications, and contract records.
• Ensure contract equipment is linked to asset registers and updated with operational teams.
