Ideal candidates will have significant management experience and a strong educational background in building surveying, M&E engineering, or related fields, with a proactive approach to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in asset management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience delivering Estate and Asset Management services.
• Strong track record in managing teams and projects.
