Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing employment law guidance and client support.
• Ability to work independently and with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive diary and inbox management, including scheduling and co-ordinating meetings.
• Advising clients on employment law matters and drafting employment agreements and related documents.
• Drafting and reviewing employment policies, procedures and handbooks.
• Providing training to client departments and stakeholders.
• Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Supporting on major projects as required.
