Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is recruiting for a Public Sector Graduate Programme Associate Consultant. The role is part of the Accelerate Programme with a pathway from Associate Consultant to Consultant, across London, Manchester, Glasgow and Newcastle, with hybrid working arrangements.

You will support transformation programmes for government departments and public bodies, conducting research, analysis and stakeholder engagement while developing practical recommendations and implementing change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree required or currently studying; degree must be completed by start date.
• Interest in government/public sector and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Curiosity about technology and transformation.
• Collaborative mindset, adaptable to changing environments.

Responsibilities
